The Spitzer Telescope Handbook is one of a series of documents that explain the operations of the Spitzer Space Telescope and its three science instruments, the data received from the instruments and the processing carried out on the data. It contains a detailed description of the various phases of the Spitzer mission, including history, personnel, cryo operations, warm operations, spacecraft, cross-calibration and data archive.

This dataset or service is made available by the Infrared Science Archive (IRSA) at IPAC, which is operated by the California Institute of Technology under contract with the National Aeronautics and Space Administration.
