Dr. Dawn Gelino named a Fellow of the American Astronomical Society

Our own Dr. Dawn Gelino, who serves as Deputy Director of the NASA Exoplanet Science Institute (NExScI), has been named a Fellow of the American Astronomical Society (AAS)!
 
This recognition is given to AAS members for their achievement and extraordinary service to the field of astronomy and the AAS, which includes "original research and publication, innovative contributions to astronomical techniques or instrumentation, significant contributions to education and public outreach, and noteworthy service to astronomy and to the Society itself."
