I will begin with scientific motivation to pursue time-domain and multi-messenger studies in the infrared. Next, I will describe RAPID, a new Project Infrastructure Team at Caltech/IPAC that aims to enable a wide suite of dynamic-sky science for the Roman Space Telescope. Our goal is to provide four services to the time-domain community: (1) Rapid image-differencing of every new Roman image from a reference image (2) Prompt public alert stream of all Roman transient and variable candidates (3) Source-match light curve files of photometry for every identified Roman candidate (4) Forced-photometry for Roman photometric history at any observed location.
