Register early! Attendance will be limited to 80. There will be no on-site registration unless arranged with the LOC (hotandcool@ipac.caltech.edu).
Fees:
Early conference registration (until 4 Oct 2008): $275.00 (includes ASP Conf. Proceedings)
Late conference registration (4 Oct 2008 - 10 Nov 2008): $325.00 (includes ASP Conf. Proceedings)
Mt. Wilson Observatory trip: $25.00
Hotel registration:
Pasadena Hilton
You must make your own hotel reservation. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Pasadena Hilton Hotel, at the standard Caltech rate of USD $159/night plus taxes, for single and double occupancy. The Pasadena Hilton has setup a special registration page for this purpose. If you wish to reserve a room by phone the conference code is HANDC
Shuttle/bus service between the Pasadena Hilton and the meeting at Caltech will be provided for attendees staying at the Pasadena Hilton over the dates of the conference.
If you wish to drive to the conference, be aware that you must purchase daily parking permits from CalTech. See the CalTech parking page for more information.
