S. Wheelock continued her discussion of the analysis of the completeness and reliability (C&R) for point sources in the FS16 scan of 5-3-95. She has now completed the J and H band analysis, tracking down the reasons why some sources have fewer than 6 out of 6 sightings. Most incomplete sightings are due to persistence and to double star confusion. The results are somewhat different from those presented last week for Ks; double star sightings lost at J and H tended to occur in more widely separated pairs than at Ks. This implies that PROPHOT, which has been tuned only at Ks, could be improved by re-tuning for J and H.
